At Thrive, team conversations provide an excellent platform for reflection on the previous week’s work, help us share important updates, and discuss and debate decisions that may need a course correction. It also sets a direction and a way forward for the week ahead.

When all team members are on the same page, tasks run smoother and more efficiently. Team conversations enable teams to have a common direction.

An effective framework for Team Conversations:

• Reflect on the previous week’s work (What went well last week? What did not go well last week? How can we make improvements this week?
• Update on what is planned for the week ahead. Seek clarifications on updates that are not clear
• Brainstorm on topics so that everyone is aligned on new ideas/tasks for the week ahead.
• With inputs from the brainstorming activity, plan prioritised tasks with estimations.
