Exit Protocol and Furniture Buyout

When an employee decides to leave Thrive, the option to purchase the hardware and furniture may be provided at the discretion of the People Ops team and the employee's manager.

As part of the Full & Final settlement, please note that upon leaving the company within 1 Year of Claiming the reimbursement of Furniture, you will be required to buy out the furniture from Thrive at its depreciated cost at that particular moment.

Shipping & Wear and Tear:

After returning hardware and furniture, any significant wear and tear requiring service or repair will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

The cost of these repairs may need to be borne by you, taking into account factors such as your tenure and the condition of the hardware when received.

Upon completing this process, your final settlement will commence.
