“Third-Party" shall mean any person or entity other than the Company or an affiliate of the Company.
In the course of conducting Our business and complying with central, state, and local government rules and regulations governing such matters as employment, tax, insurance, etc., We need to collect certain Personal Information from you. The nature of the Personal Information collected by Us varies for each Employee, and shall depend on your employment responsibilities, your citizenship, the location of the facility where you work, and certain other factors.
