At Thrive, we have transitioned to a remote-first work environment. However, for occasions when you come to the office or participate in meetings with clients, please adhere to the following guidelines:
Dress Code:
- We don't have a formal dress code in the office.
- We do expect everyone to be presentable to clients and colleagues.
- Dress comfortably and authentically, reflecting your personal style, religion, or gender expression.
Client/Merchant/Vendor Meetings:
- When meeting with clients, whether in person or on video calls, we lean towards the more formal end of our casual spectrum.
- If your usual attire includes t-shirts, consider wearing a nice t-shirt for client meetings.
Client Event Dress Code:
- Occasionally, we may receive invitations to client events with specific dress codes.
- If you choose to attend, please follow the dress code specified by the event organizers.
- If you feel uncomfortable with the dress code, you have the option to opt out, and it will not negatively impact your standing as an employee.”
